Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 16 Episode 3 Review
The Gang Gets Cursed- 8.1/10
They start off by being accepted to bar rescue but each have their own reasons for not wanting to do it. Mac continuing to apply for years is pretty funny. Each reason of the gang being cursed is pretty funny and how they don't believe it and Charlie tries to convince them to go reverse them. Not a whole lot of laughs at this point yet, hoping they are setting something up. The episode picked up here by having Dee and Dennis go back for the old lady where a black cat went by named Maureen. Then Mac approached Chase Utley and fumbled around his words to get a catch with him by lying about a kid with cancer. And then we got to join uncle jacks birthday where Charlie’s mom gave insane answers on how to lift a seagulls curse. Ending with the option of giving it a proper burial. We then see them at the bar finding the seagull and Maureen in an urn. Cricket brings a grown boy that is one of his hoes for Mac’s dying boy, where Mac also tells them the monkey paw is from a dead monkey in the bar, the same one from last season. Charlie then comes up with a plan to bury the seagull and Maureen as well as Mac’s son being dead now. We see Chase Utley steal the monkey paw from mac and run off at the graveyard, after which the gang learns everything can be explained by the dead monkey and the mold for what’s been going on. The middle of the episode was comical with a soft beginning and an alright ending.
