Chick-Fil-A Honey Pimento Chicken Sandwich Review

Chick-Fil-A introduced a new sandwich, they are calling it the Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich. It takes the famous chicken patty and adds pimento cheese, pickled jalapeños, and and drizzle of honey onto the original sandwich or spicy patty.

I went with the spicy patty to add a little more flavor to the sandwich and defiantly made the right choice. While I wish the patty had more crisp, since just the edges had the crisp, the sandwich overall was very good. The pimento cheese gave a creaminess that is not in the original sandwich. the jalapeños were not spicy to me but instead added some acidity that normally the pickles add and the honey cut into all this with some sweetness. I think this is the best sandwich you can get at a fast food restaurant right now and everyone should be trying this. The complete flavor profile of the sandwich is something you could expect at a sit down restaurant, but here you can sit in your car and get in and out in less than five minutes.

Defiantly a get on my list and I hope they keep this on the menu for a while.
