Why are Cauliflower wings not a bigger thing?

I’m not a vegan, vegetarian, no nothing of the sort. I love meat, deep down I know the amounts I have consumed in one sitting could be slowly killing me but I won’t stop, you hear me I won’t! A while back while watching a certain Detroit football team, sitting down at the Vault in Pittsburgh (Now Closed) and saw cauliflower wings on the menu, skeptical but wanting to keep it light on my body I ordered them covered in a maple bourbon sauce.

When I tell you the crunch on these bad boy’s rivals almost any wing I’ve had outside of buffalo, I’m not kidding you. I’ve been a skeptic; hurling insults anytime someone asks me to eat cauliflower wings (nicely). Well, I was wrong, couldn’t be more wrong in fact in this instance. These should be in every bar that serves chicken wings, I know people will love these wings, they should be a bigger thing in the US and they will be something I will throw in my rotation more often.

I urge many of you to try them the next time you get the chance, don’t let pride get in the way. The crunch and saucefication on the cauliflower wings I had, top notch. I’ll even go and grab some chicken and cauliflower wings to compare between the two, and will report back later.
