Vito and Nicks II Frozen Pizza Review

I’m not a fan of frozen pizza, yet I see its purpose in this world so I picked up a frozen pizza from a name I knew in Chicago Pizza culture. Pretty simple cook instructions, heat the oven then place the pizza right on the rack. Reminded me of a time with friends where the pizza didn't come with cardboard (Vito and Nicks does) and we thought I had put the pizza in with the cardboard. To say we were freaking out would be an understatement.

This pizza however cooked in about 15 minutes which had the edges crisp. The inside and undercarriage looked like they could have used more of a cook but that seems to be common amongst frozen pizzas. The sausage had full flavor while the pepperoni was a milder flavor. Cheese was abundant and had a good pull on it. The toppings were plentiful with multiple pepperonis and sausages per bite all the way to the edge of the crust. The edge crust was awesome and overall the cracker like crust satisfied my craving for pizza.

On a regular Pizza scale this would be a 2.3/10 but frozen pizza just isn't going to be that high for me. For a frozen pizza scale it comes in at 7.6/10. This is a pizza that is worth having in the back of the freezer.
