Fried Rice Recipe

Whenever I’m hungover on a Sunday, don’t want to door dash and have nothing ready to eat, this is what I make, this recipe is for you!

 

Grab some rice you have leftover or start cooking the rice if it is not handy. Grab a frozen bag of vegetables, soy sauce, garlic, butter, eggs, sesame seeds, oil, chicken, and salt/pepper.

 

Cook the chicken beforehand and make sure to cut it up into tiny chunks.

How I build my fried rice is simple, put oil in the pan and then put in the chicken, rice, and eggs. Make sure the rice is not clumped together but has separation. Scramble the eggs and when they are almost done cooking start to stir the three items in the pan together. Put the vegetables in the pan and stir in. Now we season, pour the soy sauce over everything. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the rice and then put butter and garlic together in the pan, let the butter melt, then stir the rice together. Top off with sesame seeds and then move to a serving dish.
