Pasta Aglio e Olio is a simple and flavorful pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spaghetti

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Salt

  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
