Day in the Life of my Stomach January 2022

I started off the month with a strict Regimen that consisted of:

Breakfast: Three Eggs and an Avocado

Lunch: Cup of Jasmine Rice or Quinoa, Chicken Thigh Marinated and Grilled, and cup of Vegetables

Dinner: Kale and Mixed Green Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Chicken grilled, and a glass of wine

Snacks: Apple and Cashews

Desert: Oatmeal with half scoop protein powder and peanut butter

 

Water: half my body weight in Fl OZ

Lets just say this was hard to maintain and move on, as I now employ a much simpler approach. Eat when Iā€™m hungry with what I have on hand. I still buy the basics listed above of Chicken, Kale, Broccoli, and Rice/Quinoa. The twist comes when I need something easy, it now takes a few seconds longer or I grab the Jar of Peanut butter like I did not more than five minutes ago.

The main thing with my palate now is making sure to watch what I eat without becoming obsessive and then just watch portion sizes.
